Women's Clothing and Accessory items purchased online will be shipped based on weight, size and value. 

Home furnishings bought online will be shipped at buyers expense. Home store items purchased ONLINE, and shipped outside of the Bay Area must be returned to afterwards within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Home furnishings purchased ONLINE, picked up at our store OR delivered to a Local Bay Area address, must be returned within 1 day of the pickup or delivery.

Items purchased ONLINE must be returned in the same condition as they were at time of purchase.

ONLY in store credit will be given. 

ONLINE purchases of Handbags, Jewelry and any Items on sale can NOT be returned.

IN STORE purchases are NOT returnable.
